Under Your Lifepod (Immediate Start)
As soon as you begin, Titanium nodes are scattered on the seabed directly around and beneath your Lifepod. Collect these first — they require no swimming distance and give you material for your first crafts. Small deposits give 1 Titanium, medium give 3, large give 5.
Camp One (~270m NNE of Lifepod)
The best mid-game farming location. Swim approximately 270m north-northeast of your Lifepod to reach Camp One (coordinates: -324692, 413226, -2585 in the Plateaus biome, ~25m depth). The supply crate outside contains 5 Titanium immediately. The surrounding area has dense Titanium deposits along rock formations.
Metal Salvage → Titanium (Alternative)
Found Metal Salvage lying around? Process it at the Fabricator: 1x Metal Salvage → 4x Titanium. This is often more efficient than mining if you find large salvage chunks near your base.
Large Nodes — Sonic Resonator Required
Large Titanium deposits show "unknown tool required" until you unlock the Sonic Resonator (a mid-game tool). Until then, stick to small and medium nodes. The Sonic Resonator requires 2x Titanium Ingots and other materials to craft.
